Here is a detailed guide for the new Connected Careers mode. If you dont know why it is important this is the new: Online-Offline franchise and superstar mode all in one.

You can choose to be a coach which is the regular franchise mode or be a player which is superstar mode.

On the panthers I find it weird they do not have Center as a huge strength but have LT. Id say Kalil has surpassed Gross as the premiere Olineman on the team for almost three seasons now.

The omission of having a fantasy draft is a huge blunder. In online franchises it is a must bc the Seahawk, Jaguar and Browns owners are hard to retain season after season with depleted talent.
