He's more and more reminding me of a poor man's Julius Peppers. He's getting more attention for potential than for what he actually does on the field, even though he'll have flashes of brilliance. I have a bad feeling we're going to be playing the "what if" game like we did with Pep.

peppers had around 80 sacks while he was here. I'd be shocked if in the end, hardy has half that many in his entire career.

I'd love it if hardy reached peppers' level of untapped potential.

So I guess Hardy is emulating the whole "John Randle war paint" thing. Hopefully next he'll embrace the "playing as good as John Randle" part.

It just looks silly when you go through all this effort to look intimidating and you fail to set the edge against the run or get to the QB.
