I'd just go ahead and cut Kolb, admit the mistake, use Skelton as their Jimmeh (savior that will lead them to their franchise QB) and gear up for next year. With either QB starting, it's looking like they'll have a top 4 or 5 pick at least. Worst case scenario they pull a Washington and trade their next 3 drafts for Barkley or Jones someone who breaks out this year.

Landry Jones will be the best QB out that Class next year. Logan Thomas is overhyped just bc he has comparable physical attributes to Cam.
