depends on what gameplan we use. Tradionally three wide recievers might be imperative to your success. but most teams don't have the luxury of a backfield like we have as well as a mobile qb threat like Cam. Add in the te"s and at least two priority recievers, and theres not much need for that third guy. And even if so, how often will he truly be called upon. Mostly nothing but an extra blocker on the field. so between smith, Lafelle(leading wr blocker for sec), and Murph, I think we're good. the trick is for Chud to keep d's on thier heels.

We don't have an elite receiving core. That's what's missing from our offense.

We upgraded in many aspects on offense from last season.......and we were a TOP 5 OFFENSE last season.

I am not arguing that the are the most talented offense in the league....only that this team has the talent, weapons, and offensive scheme to be elite.

The simple fact that the offense shut down in the second half of several games is all i need to know to admit our offense was not elite.

It came a long way, but elite, no.

A top five rating doesn't make it elite.

Green Bay averaged nearly 10 more points per game last year than we did.

We lost Shockey, added a fullback and some middle of the depth chart receivers that wouldn't even see the field on their team.

Very good but no, we're definetly not the most talented.
