Observations from Preseason game #2

Good post, I was there too.I'm gonna go back and watch the tape to get a better idea of things but heres some that stood out to me as well.

-The number one thing that jumped out to me was the one Pass to Olsen. Perfection. I re-watched it on tv and it does not do it justice. It was a perfectly thrown and timed ball.

-Also like Cam's deep third down pass to Lafell.

- Deangelo is nasty as hell on his cutback's. Looked very good last night.

- Tolbert is a chunky son of gun who can move quick as hell and is powerful.

-Alexander, did a great job and his motor was going on every play that I could see. He had a great non stop motor, all the way to the end.

-I was only a few feet away from the Stanford pick to seal the W and the crowd reaction was awesome.

-Speaking of crowd reactions, the biggest cheers I heard came during a timeout when Tolbert and Stewart were doing the "wobble" dance and were featured on the big screen.

-I had no idea Hartstock could run a route and make a catch like that, thought he was purely a blocking tight end.

On the Cam INT...Sean Smith rode 89 all the way up the field making contact and grabbing him..either way I'll take a deep throw to 89 one on one..let him make a play.

Offense would've scored 50 points last night. Miami had no answer.

Charles took over last night.

How much you want to bet Smitty told Cam to throw him the ball no matter what. I'm sure Cam could have thrown it to another receiver.

We all know Smitty is VERY competitive and felt he could have out ran Sean despite his age..LOL

Must give Cam credit for throwing where he wanted it to go. It was up to Smitty to catch it.
