Any word on Stew's injury?

Recommended Posts

TCF,

You are effing blind. Look at his right foot on the spin out. And if you feel that people are always acting as if you're crazy, well, there's only one common denominator. . .

Also, if you've ever had a calf strain you'd know it can sometimes feel like a knee pull because the terminus for the calf ligament stretches to the knee.

ugh.

rivera and the team said it was his calf.

he said he was fine.

not sure why all the arguing is going on.

he's fine. it doesn't matter what you saw or didn't see. the issue is what they said the issue is because if it wasn't they can get in trouble. there is no conspiracy. find something else to worry about.

Look I already knew that he was fine, I saw J Stew's tweet and even tweeted him back 2 min later. I was also aware of the fact that the team said it was his calf.

No, the team can not get in trouble at all for saying this... They could have said something as vague as he had a "minor left leg injury" and still wouldn't have gotten in trouble.

For the 10th time, I'm sure he's fine.

What will make me feel 100% better about it, is if during the next week he misses Zero practice time. I still feel good about it now, just by the way he was dancing on the sidelines with Tolbert.

I just wanted to point out the obvious... But unfortunately for some of you, it's just not too obvious. No biggie.

When Brett Favre was with the Jets he was struggling with an ankle injury, and it seemed like he may miss a game. It was probably the closest his streak had come to ending. Despite that he didn't show up on the injury report - not even as probable. The league took exception to that, fining the team $75,000 and the head coach and GM $25,000 each.

Just wanted to point out the obvious.

Are you comparing a Regular Season game to a pre season situation?

Additionally, you are also comparing an injury reported to an injury that was not reported.

Good job. Thanks for pointing out the obvious.

There's nothing else for me to say on this topic.

I'm comparing your hypothetical where you claimed that the team "can not" (your words) get in trouble for being vague or misrepresenting the injury with an actual event that took place identical to the one you are proposing. The result of that situation was that the team did in fact get in trouble.

For somebody that claims to know the obvious, you obviously have no idea what you're talking about.

There's nothing else for me to say on this topic.

You're welcome, Huddle.
