I do believe if Johnson was going to hit her, why headbutt her? Of course I'm not presenting a course on hitting women, but how many cases have there been where abusing husbands headbutted their wives? Not too mention that Johnson is a football player. He can't afford to hurt his head and get a concussion. If I had to guess, it sounds like this was either a mistake of their heads coming together, or she made some kind of move towards him and hit her head against his.
