They usually wait til the person is in the national spotlight.

Like when the U.S. Open or Masters is going and TIger is contending, they will bring out the old commercials. Or last year with the Celtics in the playoffs, they brought out the old three amigos commercial.

I would say that without doubt the Cam commercial will air all week when we are on MNF, and probably air if/when he has very big games.
