BAMF up, wants to get though camp healthy main concern. Too many highs and lows last year, biggest need is consistency. Wants to develop killer instinct, finish teams off. Big emphasis on take aways, make tackles and strip ball. Blitzing will come back, mentioned coach Wilkes by name as helping to bring back aggressive JJ style of Defense. When talking about secondary says competition is great, mentioned everyone's name but Martin, and Godfrey. Leading in 4th quarter in 10 games, must increase focus. Said so many things we can do with this offense that if you're not paying attention, you will get gashed. Mentioned Cam as part of the running game with DW and Stew, very excited about adding Tolbert to the mix. Special teams additions, plus with players getting healthy all make big difference. Adams has ability to be dynamic.

On a side note, I was very disappointed when Harbaugh went to SF, but the more I hear RR talk, he just impresses. Makes you want to jump out of the chair and lace em up.

Bill says biggest question with team is do we have dynamic rush end, should be CJ but not sure now that he got paid. Will Hardy step up, or is the answer Alexander. Second question is which guy inside will step up and be an inside rusher, who you can bring in nickel packages, and get to the QB. Said that at Indy, SD always gave them problems with pressure so he feels RR will be able to fix the line. BP very high on Adams as receiver and retuner mentioned that twice now. James Anderson up next.

Anderson says, much more swagger on defense this year. Said it's hard to play LB for RR, if you make a mistake he'll see it. Talks about persevering through his first 3 years, and now coming into his own. Says that each LB brings a unique talent to the defense. Said Chud has added wrinkles to offense that has been throwing off the defense in practice, excited to see Cam and company this year.

Replaying Cam interview next.

Names most mentioned besides Cam were Murphy, Adams, Tolbert, and Hakamura. Notable exceptions were Gettis, Martin, and Godfrey. What I gathered was that the team is comfortable with the progression of the secondary, and the jury is out on whether the D line will step up it's play. Both Marvez, and Polion feel the Panthers are a playoff team.

Wait so he said that he's not sure CJ is a dynamic rush end anymore cuz he got paid?? No one wonder he's out of a job..

When Polian says he likes Adams and thinks he could be our #3 receiver...what's he basing that on? Has he been watching our practices? Or is that based on his college tape? We haven't heard much at all about Adams as a receiver in training camp, so that comment kinda came out of no where...

I feel that blaming a gun for violence, is like blaming a spoon for making you fat. My hobby is competitive shooting, hence my sig.

First off thanks for the updates.

Secondly, absolving guns for what has happened recently is silly. It isn't like a guy went into a theater and temple and killed a bunch of people in hand to hand combat.

I'm sure you are a responsible gun owner. Unfortunately, having deadly weapons so easily available to whoever wants one is a big reason why 20 people are dead today (among many others) that shouldn't be.

Every country that has increased restrictions on fire arms have seen huge drops in murders and accidental deaths. I am coming around to the logic that I would rather have people live their lives out to the fullest, rather than preserve my right to go to a firing range or go hunting.
