Panthers REALLY old logo. Any of you guys got one of these?

I believe that logo is a "made up" one the drink company used because they couldn't get permission to use the real one. I have a sweatshirt given to me and worn when we celebrated the awarding of the team in October 1993 that has the real original logo. Looks nothing like that. It's the "original" logo we all know, and I have a letter written on Panthers letterhead in 1995 with this logo.

Went back through all of my collectibles over the years and couldn't find something with that logo. I used to keep all of my tickets to home games up until around 2002/anything I could get my hands on.

I found the stub for our first win as a franchise (Jets game down at Clemson) and our first regular season game at Ericsson.

No They have only had the two. This logo was never offically released. The logo we just went away from is has been the same since training camp of 1996. This may have been one of the concept logos early on. I mean look at it its on a radio station can.

My dad no joke bought maybe 6 cases of that Sun Drop from the Monroe flea market when I was a kid. Its the reason I can't drink Sun Drop anymore without getting a headache. Unfortunately I dont think he kept any which sucks cause I would definitely add this to my Panther wall.
