Just getting this out of the way but he was released by the Rams today and is a good player and was their leading tackler last year. He could play ROLB and would give us one of the best LB corps in the league.

We have so much need at LB we need to pick up every released LB that comes on the market....While we are at it why not pick up Mike Vick b/c we have need at QB too....

I heard that Spoon is moving to the outside since they drafted a MLB, so is he taking over this guy's old position? If so, then it's easy to see why he would become expendable.

Everytime I've seen the guy play, I've been impressed. Unless he was injured or has lost something, I don't understand why they released him? I would love to pick him up just to see what he could do. I still think Diggs is the weakest link at LB and I think any competition we give him would be a plus, b/c none of the UDFAs we signed will.
