If you don't know the names of the players you are most likely not a real fan. Being a fake fan decked out in a Cam jersey talking about why Moose is not out there week one makes you a fug. Maybe it is more fun to "pretend" to be a panthers fan and rock panther swag during a playoff run. For me fun is over analyzing practices, projecting depth charts, and using the result of the panthers games to determine if my Sunday was good or shitty. Then I count down the hours to the next Sunday to get another hit of panther football. I have no apologies for that. If you would feel better being an ill informed "idiot" go ahead, but you should be thankful for getting camp threads full of over-reaction in goddamn Siberia. Would you rather hear too much or too little?

You also have to take in consideration that this board isn't filled with sane, rational and patient people. As a matter of fact it's for the people who care so much they have to put their thoughts into writing. Think about it, most if not all the people here are one post or topic away from going bat #$## crazy. Even the most sane and rational posters of us are one "Steve Smith is a thug" or "trade D-stew for a probowl CB and DT " topic from going postal. Insert a few "personal" attacks and watch the comedy ensue.

After what I just went through....I need a towel to dry off all the water...that pool was huge...like a dang ocean almost. Came out with the gold though

Look....... The post is to not single anyone of us out, it is to just state the fact that we are more than critics when it comes to pre-season scouting as fans....

As the years have gone by, I have learned to just sit back, watch, and enjoy, because I have no power over what happens and to spend a lot of energy being way to engaged in something I cannot change is unhealthy...
