Sounds like the offense is going to be awesome as expected. Defense sounds much improved.

But, two points that were brought up over the last couple of pages:

Nate Ness - 3 INTs are 3 INTs. Doesn't matter who he's doing it against, even though Pickles doesn't realize the point is to throw it away from CBs... He's been here a short time, but it already sounds like Hogan is in his dog house. If that is the case, and Ness continues to play like this, Hogan will be cut and Ness will be in if it comes down to that last spot between them.

As someone else said, whether a guy is injury-prone or not doesn't matter if the guy shows dedication, which from what RR said, it doesn't sound like it's one of Hogan's strengths.

And people laughing at him being a nobody... You have no idea how funny that is - L-O-L. It's funny because Reggie Howard and Terry Cousins were virtual nobodies until we went to the Superbowl with them as our starters.

Get the right guy in the right system and he'll excel. And this is the deepest we've been across the board since the Superbowl year, and now we have a gamebreaking QB. Nothing but good.

Second point - The depth at WR.

Again, nothing but good. But, I saw CP8789's list, and I have to disagree. Despite Pilares' contributions last year, I think he's on the bubble. I've been a Pilares' guy since we drafted him and I remembered watching a few of his big games at Hawaii the year before... He has ability, but Tutu, Green, and Armanti by all accounts are having a great training camp. In all honesty, from what I briefly saw of Tutu last year when he injured Olsen in a pre-game collision, he should've been playing or at least active over Armanti throughout the year. Great size and speed.

I don't know who gets that last WR spot right now, but I'm starting to feel like Tutu may be getting the edge over Pilares, Armanti, and Green considering Adams is a virtual lock for his returning and gamebreaking ability. I really like Green and think he has tons of potential, but I think he ends up being a PS guy.

Agree on Ness, Disagree on Pilares.

I think he is as locked as Lafell.

He can contribute heavily in Special Teams and has been getting solid reviews in camp.

WR's IMO Smith, Lafell, Pilares, Murphy, Adams, UpforGrabs

Fellas, some of you say Murphy is a legitimate deep threat. I kinda disagree! He may be fast and run great routes and can get down field in a hurry, but if he doesnt have reliable hands, youre not much of a threat.

I really like his blocking skills though, very tough and agressive. I just cant buy into him unless he becomes more clutch. I want a reciever out on the filed that i know will catch the ball if he is wide open.

I don't think any rational person expects Davis to last all of this season unless they keep a snap count on him (maybe 10 to 15 plays).

I fully expect this to be TD's last year if he can't stay healthy.

In Hogan's circumstance, I feel like he is over-exaggerating his problems and hoping for sympathy. This is why I brought up him possibly having hypochondria.
