I don't think Otah has a strong desire to play football. That said, he is not particularly fat for an O-lineman.

Fat jokes are fun; I get it. But take a look at a photo of Otah next to a photo of Byron Bell, or Wharton from last year, and you will see he is not fat.

Question his desire or motivation, but the fat stuff is misplaced.

I think that Otah views football as employment, to be endured in order to get a huge paycheck - nothing more. I dont think he has any passion for the game - that coupled with a nagging injury is making it very difficult for him- mentally I also think that he is a boy in a mans body and probably doesnt have any close mentors to help him. Not making excuses just putting it out there.

I say screw it, keep him as a backup. We have nothing to lose keeping this dude as a backup to Bell. If he doesn't play, he won't warrant much money next season and we look smart. If he plays and gets hurt, oh well. It's expected and this dude can retire.
