I wonder what about Hardy doesn't impress him?

Hardy wasn't impressive last year. Rivera said he was too heavy last year and then the board has a collective orgasm that he put on MORE weight...

I wouldn't think more weight would play into the one thing he appeared to have good potential to do.....

Would be nice if some of our camp watchers paid attention to his pass rushing.....could of gotten worse with the weight and he has always struggled with the run.

Well maybe Alexander can step up and prove to be worth the third round pick we gave up for him.

From what Im hearing, that guy is going to need a year or two before we know what he can be. D-line is a position that take supreme strength and speed. Only the biggest and baddest will survive in the trenches. Right now, he is still a kid.

Kieser stumbled into more plays than Hardy with very limited work.

Situational DE work is something rookies can do day one. Motor IMO is more important than talent on the DL. If Alexander has a motor....he should find reps on a weak DL

Yep situational is all you can hope for with him right now. It just doesnt sit right with me when people start alluding to him starting or being a 3 down lineman.
