How much better will the defense be against the run

Hey, I am all for the top ten love. I just do not see it, yet. If we can sniff at top 15, we can be competitive. Actually, If we can win the turnover battle, top 15 very well could be good enough. Very few teams have great defenses. If you want to compete, you have to be imaginative. I think Rivera has that in spades. Hellz, even when we are fully stocked his imagination will be going heywire, experimenting and tinkering.

We have a young, potentially good, D. I do however believe, that this is the last year the word potential can be bantied about. This is shut up and put up year.

Get some turnoverz, don't help the other team, play well on STs, and stay healthy. Sounds easy enough.

So long as everyone stays healthy and our guys work together. Our team could and should be in the top 15 or maybe even in the top 10 if possible.

We've definitely become an offensive focused team... especially when compared to the early 2000s Panthers rosters. This defense can be solid, possibly top ten but not top 5 imo. As usual it all depends on staying healthy.

I expect we can half last year's ranking. TBH, the quality (i.e., existence) of our pass concerns me more than our run defense.
