Anyone in the market for a weekend/vacation home?

At the moment it is only for sale as a part of a package deal with the place (as more of an incentive to a potential buyer), and my wife would actually like to keep it and bring it home if we can get away with it...

HOWEVER, if any of that changes, I'll let you know...

We paid $3500 for it a year ago and had to put $500 worth of batteries in it this summer, but if we sold it outright down the road we'd probably ask at least $3200...

IMO Surf City Topsail area down to Hampstead have the best beaches and marsh/waterway area in SE NC

We've dropped the asking price down to $29,500 if anyone is looking for something. We're also flexible on that number to an extent.

 

If we can't get it sold, I'll end up unhooking everything and tearing down the deck/etc. to bring it home by the end of the month.
