Rosenhaus on Beason's shoulder

I remember reading something about him as we drafted him that made me feel he would be tough to keep at one team for his entire career. A lot has changed between now and then and I expect he did not expect the defense to be 'his' halfway into his rookie year. I have a feeling that he will want to stick around now though as we have showed a lot of faith, loyalty and belief in him and he has repayed us. We are a team that is notorious for paying players generously who do what Beason has done.

Rosenhaus is not as awkward to deal with as people think. In fact he is one of the better agents to deal with from what I gather, especially for a team like ourselves. He knows that we pay our players fairly, so it most likely will not be an issue when it comes to re-negotiating.

Remember when Beason was holding out, it was over a rookie contract precendence that we did not feel shoul be in existence. All but one other rookie got it. We won that lil contract dispute with Rosenhaus, so do not think he is the most evil of agents!
