Just got a call asking me for a phone number for one of my references.

Doubt they would be calling if I did not have it. Had 2 give 2 references, and of course I know they will say good things.

The way the state is...could take a month before I find out for sure but this is a very, very, good sign.

When I got my new job recently calling the references was the absolute last thing they did before hiring me. I don't think they would bother calling if they were not seriously considering you.
