Personally, I'm fine with Byron Bell as the starter long-term unless he gets beat out. I thought he played well last season, particularly for an UDFA. Not great, granted, but as a very young player he will improve and could become a very good player for us.

Bell did not play well last year. To say otherwise is to have on some thick, thick homer glasses.

That said, it would not surprise me to see a lot of improvement in his 2nd year.

Bell wasnt expected to be good last year much less a starter.I think this is a case where you have to hope the coach knows what he is doing whatever that is.
