Their reasoning was the resurgence of the Panthers due to Cam making 3 legitimate contenders in the division.

Hmmm a case can be made i guess but I think the NFC North is. JMO They also have 3 contenders plus i believe the teams are just better.

Yea, I'd say GB over NO, ATL over CHI easily, I'd call us a push with Detroit. Even if you just go off last year it was a helluva close game, and that was with our terribad defense. Hopefully that's been improved this year (more so than any facet of the Lions' game), so I don't think it's homerish to say at this point we're on about equal ground with the Lions. Bucs over the Vikings.

I think NFCS is the most competitive division because of the parity but the North has the edge as being tops

NFCN will be the best this season. Their top 3 teams are ridiculous. Watch out for Chicago this year.

But if us and Tampa improve and all 4 teams in the NFCS are fighting for a playoff spot, it could become the toughest.

the nfcn is the reason i don't buy the notion that the panthers are going to the playoffs this season. they have one team that's a lock for 11+ wins and another two that will push that. we'll need to win the south to make the playoffs-we won't back in to a wild card with 9 or maybe even 10 wins.

of course cutler or stafford missing time and either team falling to pieces again might get us in but as of right now nuh-uh.

NASCAR South is the toughest division in the NFL with the NFC east second. NFC east is a tough division but they have the redskins watering them down.
