I'm going to submit what I call "The Jeff Otah Collection". There will be some sitting, standing, and maybe, just maybe some stationary bike. Most likely he will be sweating more than the guys actually practicing.

Not only does Zod have superior equipment and experience but he also has better access than the rest of us. No doubt Zod has found his calling.

At the practice I went to last summer I saw his fat ass meandering around aimlessly but was still drenched in sweat. I know the 'burg is hot but there were 13 year old kids next to us that were running around more than he was.
