I'd rather get blownout in the playoffs then get blownout to kick off the season knowing that the entire season is going to be pewpy and that'll I'll have to find something else to decompress with on a sunday.

2004 opener was pretty horrible too.

I think that Arizona playoff games beats this game as the worst ever.

The Arizona game will forever be my worst Panthers experience. I was so amped before the game because we had a pretty easy road to the Super Bowl once the playoffs started. Was sitting in the freezing cold watching my team just get obliterated at one point I looked around in the 4th quarter and it was mostly empty seats save for a few Cardinals and even fewer Panthers. That game still haunts me.
