The two that I have been to are the Meadowlands in 2005 and Oakland in 2008. Meadowlands was great, but you could tell it was pretty old. Oakland was just a freaking nightmare. Anytime you see a stadium with concertina wire all around it, well, you ain't in Disneyland, thats for sure.

In order for UNC to get back to the promised land, shouldnt they have been there before? I think they might want to worry about Tom O'Brien first. ACC Football is a joke. Jus sayin

Having a top notch player doesnt make you cream of the crop. If that were the case NC State could have said the same with Phillip Rivers or Mario Williams. Before the influx of Florida St and Miami I believe the ACC had a whopping 2 national titles and one of those was a split with Colorado(Georgia Tech) IMO you have to have climbed the mountain before you can say weve been there. Not busting your chops, just my opinion

Loudest I have attended is Arrowhead by far. You were never allowed to attempt to think, the crowd was so loud.

Georgia Dome is a poo-hole. When I was visiting Georgia Tech, I went down to 3 Atlanta-Carolina games. When Chris 'Chandelier' was their starting QB, you would see people napping and reading in the stands. Then Vick came and all of a sudden fans were streaming out of the woodwork.

The old Mile-High would be second to Arrowhead, then Candlestick, then RFK (never been to Fed-Ex).

The RBC center (though not a stadium) for Hurricanes games is deafening.

Yeah, forgot about the new sponsor. I got to make it to the 2nd game of the SC Finals up in Raleigh back in '06 (when it was RBC). Pure insanity. Steve Smith and Kid Rock were there.

Also, anyone remember back in '04 when Rams fans were using the 'Well, you haven't heard a game in 'The Ed' (Edward Jones Dome) and it is the craziest stadium in sports. All I thought was 'The Ed', now that is intimidating *rolled eyes*

Between the one's I've been to in Lambeau, Candlestick, FedEx, Soldier Field, GA Dome, BoFA, & up in Nashville, I'm going with Soldier Field pre-space ship landing...and Titans is second simply because I get AB owners' suites and field passes anytime I go :)

Yes, the Sunday night after Thanksgiving. It snowed pretty good but nothing crazy. I think there was like 4 inches total overnight.

We were treated incredibly there. We would be invited to tailgate after tailgate for shots, beers, and food. Very nice and generous people there who knew just the right amount of smack to talk to keep it fun while being very hospitable.

The old Metrodome was the same way. They are smaller towns, not sure if that is why they are friendlier. And that was at least 25 years ago. Never got to go to Lambeau, but it sounds similar. Soldier Field was an experience I will never forget, but the tailgate was down right scary. I took my Lions jacket off and froze my ass off just to survive. Finally bought a Snoopy XMas sweater, which gave them another point of attack. Those guys were brutal. But the stadium was awesome. You could feel the history.

Brother in law is a Phi fan. He claims that the tailgaters are top notch. No one can explain how these same fans transform into thugs the second they walk through the doors? Chicago, IMO is just as bad, but they start in the parking lot.

College tailgaters are the most passionate. Love these people.

I've only been to Raymond James and the Superdome. The Superdome is pretty terribly built but the crowd is VERY loud. Raymond James is a much nicer stadium (still not as nice as ours), probably the same or a little less rowdy, but a better stadium atmosphere created by ownership (they are throwing out beads during timeouts, showing Bucs highlights rather than strictly ads, etc).
