Like I've said earlier in the thread, I think it actually has some pretty funny moments. But when the dude who doesn't know which version of there/they're to use said that smart people like it and stupid people don't due to it's authentic geek cred, that's just silliness. The freaking show makes Myspace and Facebook references as if they're being totally "with it" on "geek culture."

My 18 year old cousin plays Angry Birds and thinks she's a gamer. Such is Big Bang Theory.

I mean I see what you're saying but TV shows have never been known for their accuracy. I find the show decent and I find Penny smoking hot, so I'm fine with it.

Its a sitcom, not a documentary about the geek world. Accuracy about operating systems or facebook isn't really a requirement.
