sounds like a lawsuit to me

They actually claimed that after I passed out, they put multiple cold rags on me (under arm pits, on head, down pants, etc). At least, that's what the head trainer said to the nurse who asked me how I was feeling before I went out and what I did to try and prevent it, if anything. Nurse flipped out on her. It was honestly hilarious. And the trainer, who drove all 3 of us back to campus from the hospital that night, ended up buying us Cook Out. So, it all worked out.

I was on the lake all day Saturday..had no problem at all...I guess I took advantage of the water and nice breeze

So at 11 a/m yesterday, I decided that it was a fantastic idea to go run/walk...get some exercise

I run 1.5 miles and I start to walk because I don't want to overheat...so I'm walking normally..stopping quite regularly to rest underneath shade..it's too late..my body is extremely pissed off at this point..my left arm starts to tingle ..at this point I am stopping at every other tree hiding under the trees....sitting down for a few mintues...I can't catch my breath even though I'm not even walking fast whatsoever.. Im still a mile away from my car so I get up and go walk to the next big tree to sit under (i now understand the expression, "So close, yet so far away"..I get underneath the tree and now my right arm is numb..i can't feel my hands either..I'm hyperventilating/crying at this point...I pull my phone out and call my husband to come get me b/c at this point I know I'm about to pass out. My phone rings a minute later and it's my husband freaking out b/c he couldn't understand me at all when I called him 2 seconds ago trying to tell him where I was...I could've sworn "I'm on park rd at the entrance to South Meck" came out clear as a bell...Guess not..next thing I know I hear honking and there's a car pulled over on the side of the road. I guess I flagged down the cars at the light for help or I just looked like I was about to die.... so I stumble over there and this nice lady lets me in her car and I'm basically laying on her dash trying to suck in as much of her a/c as possible..trying not to pass out

I'm not sure how many times I thanked this woman..but I know it was a lot...I also know the words "holy f*cking sh*t, I can't feel anything!!" came out of my mouth a lot too......Had she not stopped to help me, I would've definitely passed out and my husband would've found me unconscious underneath that tree...It took 15 mintues for all of that to start by the way..It's not like I was outside frolicking for an hour

anyhoo....I was a complete dumbass and I will now only run before work at 6a/m..I'm very lucky ...I knew there was a reason why I run in populated areas and streets

See running is dangerous
