Mo Williams?

The Clippers want to trade with Dallas for Lamar Odom but would also like to add a 3rd team to take on Mo Williams contract. Lamar and Williams are both expiring contracts so it seems Dallas just wants to dump Odom so they don't have to buy him out, and LA doesn't have the room for the added salary.

Not really sure what the Cats would have to trade but Mo Williams would be A solid Vet PG option and he is an 8.5mill expiring. He would also add another 3 point threat to the roster.

Maybe if somebody sent us a pick and it only required us taking on salary. If it's just picking up Mo Williams for the sake of getting him, I'd pass.

I also hate getting involved with Dallas but the bobcats need a vet PG bad. Our only PG on the roster right now is Kemba.

Mo only has one year left at 8.5 million and he would solve our backup pg issue assuming we let DJ walk which seems likely now. If we could get Dallas 17th pick I would do it in a heartbeat.

Sadly, I don't think Dallas can move the 17th pick because they agreed to trade next years first for Odom (Shrewd move I know) and rules require they keep one. That would be amazing though.

I'm also against this. Especially since the Gordon trade, if Cho can get a decent PG and a pick for literally nothing, then more power to him.
