The reviews here look mixed at best. Doesn't look like it taste that great. I feel like the last couple of pre workouts I took didn't do much. I probably had the best results with no explode, but that taste bad.

Thinking I'm going to get a mass gainer this week. Still don't think I'm getting enough calories for decent gains. I do have that 20% coupon at vitamin shoppe after all.

Where have YOU been?  Was going to text you last night and forgot...

I went ahead and got it at Vitamin Shoppe... I figured if I didn't like it I'd take it back...

It's pretty good actually... I was looking for something with no creatine in it...

It doesn't taste too bad and it gives me a boost...

I've been in there, just later than usual. Need to try and switch things up, really want to go hard these next couple of weeks.

You think you'll be in there this weekend?

Far as I know... weather is supposed to suck I think...

Legs today, probably shoulders tomorrow...  maybe back or chest Saturday depending on what I do Friday.

Monday was super crowded... not too bad yesterday.  Thanksgiving guilt people Monday I guess...

A whole lot of this iow...

i can ****** i swear

Two questions:

1. I cant tell because of the angle, but where are you hitting on your hips when youre hip driving into the second part of the ******? My mid thigh is where I tend to bump, but you seem to be hitting on your pelvis/ pubic bone area.

2. What kind of Olympic lifting shoes are those?

Question for you guys. I break down my work out days like this.

Monday- Deadlifts

Tuesday- Upper body,

Wednesday- Most  likely rest. Or rest Tuesday, then Upper body Wednesday.

Thursday- Squats, leg press,

Friday- Upper body

Every day I'm in the gym I do incline sit ups as well.

I usually rest on the weekends but if I skip a day I make up for it on Saturday. My question is that I usually gauge my next dead lift or squat day by how soon my legs and back feel fresh, and if I did upper body stuff the day before. However could I start doing squats two times a week or would that end up being detrimental?

I don't take supplements. I just eat a lot of lean meat and peanut butter. I mostly do 3x5 sets and increase the weight to a max I could do that day, and then continue 3-4 sets of 5 on gradually lesser weight until I can't go anymore. I've been on this routine for about 3-4 weeks now and I feel stronger and more in shape. But if I could accelerate that I'd be all for it.

My general rule is an absolute minimum of 4 days between working out the same body part.  That includes exercises that work the same part...

For example, if I do Deadlifts on Monday, I won't do any other leg exercises until at least Thursday.  That schedule usually puts me doing DL's every 8th day or so which works for me, I'm not sore and I'm not over training, but I'm also not neglecting my legs (or other parts) because I hit them on that 4th or 5th day also with other different exercises.

I apply the same principal to every other body part.

My schedule is usually:

Back

Chest

Deadlift/legs

Shoulders

Back

Chest

Legs (no DL's)

Shoulders

Cardio/Rest

Repeat

Sometimes I'll hit some biceps only exercises on that non DL leg day, and I'll hit some triceps only exercises on that second Shoulder day, but I never have a day of just arms, but that's just me, mainly because my arms have always been ahead of the rest of me...
