i'm still not good enough to do double unders. i can skip, high step, scissor and one foot.

sweating does not indicate the impact of your workout anyway.

oh I know... I sweat profusely no matter how light or hard the workout.

I have tried to skip rope for 5 minutes with every 5th being a double under. 2 minutes and I'm out of breath.

Used to jump rope in between my weight sets for about 60 seonds- would try to do crossovers every 6- 8 skips - my frigging feet finally gave out on me- plantar faciitis bad - cant jump rope any more

 

Any of you guys over 50 years old?

I've really slacked off the past 2 months with my wife being pregnant and now a newborn in the house. I am doing the 1200 calorie a day thing to drop the extra lbs I picked up then hitting the gym again. Will take two months to get back to wear I was. Getting off your routine sucks.

I broke my collarbone during a rugby tournament in april, so I know exactly how you feel.
