Huddle Workout Warriors

I recently started working out with a personal trainer who is also a friend of mine. He's hooking me up with a great rate and once a week sessions. Just finished our second week and my ass is thoroughly kicked. Probably gonna keep this plan up for a few months, until I feel I can keep the motivation going on my own enoughto drag myself to the gym after a long day at work.

It really is addicting. The day after our first workout I felt like a million bucks at work. So much energy throughout the day.

been doing HIIT off and on

need to do it more consistently though

I always have to fight off my natural tendency to be a lazy lazy bastard

will get back into lifting weights once I move to a place with a better gym

can't wait, it always helps me get tons of pussy feel better about myself

I'm thinking of cutting out arm and shoulder day for a while.

I've had huge gains in my arms and they're starting to look a little ridiculous compared to the rest of my body, where my gains have been more modest.

Anyone else ever had this problem?

I'd say that's fairly typical, but most guys don't acknowledge it...   just look at all the built guys with stick legs around any gym.

You use your arms on nearly every exercise in some way... even on leg day just moving the plates around.

I haven't done a strictly arm workout in probably 10 months.

Don't cut out your shoulder work, just don't do a specific arm day.
