Good on you... I wouldn't get poo done at home. Too many distractions and excuses.

I have to make sure the puppies don't go sniffing around the stacks, but other than that I'm able to workout when I have the house to myself.

Another reason I like the cable systems, other than a catastrophic failure or malfunction, they're a lot safer to use alone than free weights.

This is true... I've often wondered how many people have dropped dumbbells on their face whilst bench pressing.

so my preworkout snack is greek yogurt, half a banana, half a glass of milk with a b-complex heavy multivitamin

my post workout is syntha-6 blended with the other half of the banana, a glass of milk, and a big spoon of peanut butter with a generalized multivitamin

i have become a farting machine

also my creatine gets here tomorrow

What creatine did you get?

I've been back on it for about a week now. Also, I found some Danon Greek Cherry yogurt that is the bomb. 12g protein per pack. I eat it about an hour before I workout. Thanks!

My chest is finally not sore... but today is back day. I killed my traps yesterday... they're as sore as they've ever been.

i'm in the middle of my workout right now. i love having a home gym, but i am going to have to get a better one.

Did the reverse pyramid sets with back. Same results with no pain this time...

Started with seated pull downs, jumped up to the max I ever do after two warm-up sets and went down from there. Big pump in my late, that's a great workout, esp when you're in heavy mode.

Which one? I would not describe any of the Golds as "sketchy" and the Long Leaf one has definitely improved... some new equipment, etc. It's just not "great" by any stretch...

It fits me bc it has a large free weight area and it's literally halfway between my office and house.

The one at Long Leaf is right down the street from my work. I might do the one week trial in a couple of weeks and go from there. I guess my last question would be is it usually pretty busy around 6 in the evening? Thanks for the info, its probably the one I'm leaning towards, just have to check on the pricing and all.

OK yeah... right now with all the New Years resolution people it's pretty crowded between 5 & 6, but clears out after 6 pretty good. That'll get better in February...

If you come by let me know.

Now that I'm getting adjusted to the routine, I'm not having to ease into it as much.

But if I were putting 275 lbs over me, I think I would ease into that regardless.

Yeah, I'll let you know. Honestly the New Year crowd is one of the reasons I didn't look into it sooner. Good to know it gets better after 6, because I don't get off work till then.
