About time to take this thread back, it's about support not douchey know-it-all bragging.

Anyhow, I'm going towards a more run based workout. Been working on my mile time and stamina. Still lifting too. I'm stuck as far as weight loss goes, but I'm slimmer and stronger so I'll take it.

How's everyone else doing?

I was doing a lot of distance running and now with the heat I'm just sticking to 3 mile runs.  I'm also just focusing on increasing my speed for a while.  I've somehow gained 5 lbs over the last two months and I can't figure out why.  My waistline if anything has gotten smaller.  I guess I could still be converting fat into muscle.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue. I saw a friend last week that I hadn't seen in 2 months and he thought I'd lost another 20 pounds and I'm like nope, gained 5.

Started a new nutrition plan yesterday.  Lowering my net carbs to less than 100/day, and upped my protein and (healthy) fats.  Trying to burn off this excess body fat.  I feel like I fluctuate between 15-18%, and can't seem to get any lower.  Hopefully a diet change for a few weeks will spark my system.  Truth be told, though, I have been drinking more than usual as of late.  That's what is keeping my body fat high.  Guess I'm kinda taking drastic measures to make up for the excess drinking.  Ah, Summer.

House remodeling projects are mostly over. So I'm back into the groove. Decided to add pull ups back into my routine. Apparently I care more about being stronger than the fact that my back is going to look all muscly and gross.

I doubt that's an issue...

I was doing lots of pull ups a few years ago, went into Express and tried on a few things that showed my back, 3 way mirrors don't lie, there were lines everywhere. ugh
