Does anyone else deal with knee pains coming and going? Same type pain in both knees, comes and goes. The other day it was my right one, now it's my left one. It's sharp pains under the knee cap. I've been dealing with this type knee pain coming and going for the last 4 years. Anyone have any idea what it is? My doctors have said my knees look good, nothing torn or broken.

Buy some shoe inserts and maybe chopate. The inserts are great for giving you better balance and takes away either potential bad posture or over compensation that can make a knee hurt.

The chopate is great for the platella. I use to have jumpers knee and did the above and pain never came back. I would wear the chopate under work clothes for several weeks to strengthen the knee tendons.

It's a little counterintuitive but trust me. Worth a try.

2 weeks in and I'd say so far so good. I can tell I've made some improvements at the gym and may have lost some weight and trimmed a bit but it's hard to tell with water weight and the sups I'm taking.

I need to be working my core more but I think I got a good upper body and arms workout going.

I did get comped 5 free workouts with my local cross fit gym because of work. Thinking about trying it out, but wasn't planning on cross fit till after I did my 70.3 ironman this year.

I'm 6'1 195 right now. I want 180-175 by end of May. Should lose most my weight when I start going hardcore cardio the last 3 months leading to the race.

I just wish weather was better so I could run right now.

Cold is relative. Get moisture wicking clothes so the sweat doesn't cool you too much, and put some fabric over your nose/mouth so your breath retains moisture and you don't get that burning in your lungs.

My husband just started that stuff.

everyone should take it, at least sporadically, IMO.  The science behind it is pretty strong and it's about as safe as anything can be.

If he has any belly fat, though, the amount of water that gets retained in his midsection could be alarming.

I need to mention that to him. He doesn't have much fat on his body but that is the first place he gains any weight. He's been complaining about his midsection looking big and said in a few weeks he's going to focus on leaning out more than getting big.
