I have a torn meniscus. Does anyone have any ideas for stuff I could do without the use of my left leg?

Like can't lift weights? Can't run? Idk your particular circumstance, but the row machine, elliptical, or get into a boxing gym somewhere (no kicking obviously). Stick with high reps on upper body stuff so you don't look like the guy who skips leg day.

Does anyone else deal with knee pains coming and going? Same type pain in both knees, comes and goes. The other day it was my right one, now it's my left one. It's sharp pains under the knee cap. I've been dealing with this type knee pain coming and going for the last 4 years. Anyone have any idea what it is? My doctors have said my knees look good, nothing torn or broken.

I had those when I played soccer this season.  I was told to get some crap over the counter to keep my joints lubricated.  I forgot the name.
