Anybody have a good leg routine they did that worked well for them.  I've made strides with my front squats, but my leg day is starting to get old, and I'm not feeling the burn like I used to.  I probably need to be eating more for sure, because I haven't seen a decent gain in about 2 weeks.

Squat/Deadlift/Leg Curls/Leg Press

Add more weight

Eat lots of food

the end.

My gym dumbells go up to only 75lbs...  Wtf should I do?

find a better gym

one thing my gym does well is that they have two dumbell areas... one that has a set that goes from 5-150 in 5 lb increments, and another that has a set that goes from 5-55 in 2.5 lb increments

Naturally I only work with the 150s

Use a barbell.

If you mean Planet Fitness I would run far away from that garbage place and go to a golds gym or something.

Yes, I'm in planet fitness. I will try to join another gym.  I have 1 year contract that expires in May.  So I have to suck it up for another 4 months.

Is Life Fitness any good?

Life fitness might be good for a family but its expensive as poo.

I would just look for a no nonsense gym that has a lot of weights and doesn't care if you grunt.

Gyms should'nt cost more than 30-40 bux a month unless you want a ton of perks and personal training.

Life fitness might be free for me.  My sister pays for family membership and I can just ask her to add me to it.

I honestly do not see any decent gyms around Mint Hill area... they all poo.  They are small and designed for people who are trying to lose weight.

I go to Gold's which is fine, but it's still not what I would consider a lifters gym...  there are some more hardcore gyms in town, but they're not very convenient.

The Gold's I go to is probably about 2/3 the way between Planet Fitness (not really even a "gym") and a hardcore gym.

At least we can dead and squat and use some chalk without getting yelled at...  we also have dumbbells that go from 5-150.  My main gripe is that our gym isn't laid out very well and we only have one squat rack and one power rack.

If its free yes obviously.

Planet Fitness is possibly the worst gym franchise in the history of the universe.

Planet Fitness as a business model is fantastic... they're all about taking unsuspecting and unmotivated people's money from them.

Planet Fitness as a gym to workout in, if you're in any way serious, is not a "gym" in the common use of the word, no.
