I really had things to say but the calf implants have taken anything useful to the conversation.

Funny story, during the full moon I went for a run on the mountain bike course at 3 am before work. When I got back to the car 5-0 rolled up and asked what I was doing. I told him I didn't think he would believe me. I told him, showed my bloody shins, and 1600 lumen headlamp. He laughed and told me to park on the street next time to avoid suspicion

Question

Do guys typically lift a lot of weight to look good or to be strong or is it both?

I go with my high school buddies motto when our basketball coach would scream at him about being strong while boxing out. "I don't actually want to be strong, I just want to look strong."

This describes me perfectly when working hard at the gym. Compared to some workout buddies I look big as poo but they or put up way more weight. When will life or death depend on me picking something up. As long as I look the part, I'm good.

Soooo... I had a professional female bodybuilder ask me tonight when my next show was...

I was like.... "Uhh... I don't compete..."

And she said, "well you should..."

I took that as a big compliment.... Guess I'm doing something right.

Swole Biscuit?

That's cool man.
