I hit some sort of weight loss wall recently. Stuck between 223 and 227.

I incorporated weights into my workout about 3 weeks ago so I'm not too concerned about the weight plateau but I expect to see some good losses soon.

GGotta be at 200 by end of the year to reach my goal.

You probably added some muscle weight if you started doing weight training...

Yeah I hope that's the case. I have taken a break from the scale here and there. I'm Wearing a new Polo Shirt today and the letter x appears nowhere on the tag, so I'll take it.

What was your starting weight and total lost so far. I can't remember when you started either. Regardless congrats again on all your accomplishments

So on saturday I decided to do some burpees at home, just because. (with push-up movement at the bottom)

Lats had soreness after.  In fact, I had better soreness in my lats than after a typical back day.

Try to explain that?

I have experienced this too..  It must have something to do with those "support" muscles between your pecs and lats where you have to hold yourself up when doing pushups.
