I was gonna bump this today anyway... Thanks PSC.

How's everyone doing?

Despite my hurt arm and back, I've been going consistently still... Even on days I don't feel like it...

Been doing more cardio than lifting lately, gonna switch back to more lifting in about two weeks.

i'm easing back into it. couple of muscles are achy, but i'm going to stick to aerobic style lifting until i toughen up so i don't have to walk around like a bag of smushed meat.

i know, no pain no gain. i'll be living by that principle soon enough.

Yeah, unless I really go nuts on one specific thing now, I rarely get sore anymore. Sometimes my chest will still get sore after chest day, but its not bad.

I suspect when I get back to more lifting vs more aerobic stuff and especially if I start going really heavy which is the plan.

after a certain point, my muscles begin to crave that kind of soreness
