Going to get back on deadlifts today after about a month away from them. I've been doing every other lift but after I pulled my back I decided I needed a break and then haven't gone back on it since.

 

Luckily my core has improved since then and I'm interested to see what I can do today. I'm hoping the weight won't feel like 900 lbs haha.

I've got some bad news for you, especially if you've lost weight. I'm still trying to recover from taking 2 weeks off a month ago. Go get it.

I have lost weight but my back and lats are a little bit stronger.  I've been running and jumping rope a lot lately and it's made my legs leaner. But I've probably lost some power.

 

It's going to suck but I gotta get back on the horse. It's too beneficial of a work out to give up.

sore as fug today.  dropped from 220 to 202 in less than a month.  back down to approx 12% bf from 20% bf in that same time frame.

 

picked up some b100 complex vitamins that should really help me kick my workouts back to insane levels.

Watch the b-6, it can be toxic.

my multi is only 2mg.   i did research the side effects, and i've never experienced any of them.

 

thanks for the heads up though, i was just looking through all that stuff.   riboflavin can cause kidney stones.

 

 

 

Are there any risks associated with too much vitamin B6?
The current recommended maximum daily intake is 100 mg. High doses of vitamin B6 can, over time, be toxic, and may result in nerve damage or numbness and tingling in the extremities that may eventually be irreversible. You should discontinue use of supplemental B6 if any unusual numbness develops in the body. Too much B6 can also cause oversensitivity to sunlight, which can lead to skin rashes and numbness, as well as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and increased liver function test results.
