I biked 23 miles in a race on Sunday. My 9 year old made it 16. So proud of him. It was at 2pm in the afternoon on Sunday at Lake Waccamaw so it was about 95 degrees. I've dropped about 35 lbs.

Did you eat at the Lake Waccamaw Subway?

Also, you could have called me and we could have played golf at Land-O-Lakes in Whiteville.

I did not eat there, no. We rented a house on the lake so we grilled.

My shoulders are still anti-golf :-(

i don't get the no supersetting at all

I guess it's just they're whole corporate policy of not wanting people that actually workout to go there.

They rely on those people that only hit the gym rarely to run the place, else they could do $10/month no contract pricing.

It's a great business plan... just a sucky place to workout.

supersetters/ circuit trainers drive me crazy.

*Jase walks up to a piece of equipment, no one has been around for five minutes plus*

*dude comes running up out of nowhere*

"bruh I'm on this"

"oh. how many sets do you have"

"oh, like 4"

*does a few cheat reps, walks away and does something else*
