500 pounds ish at 78k bw

Impressive as is the 265 clean and press.

I've successfully pulled 520x1 twice and 500x2 several times.

I've tried 550 about a month ago and didn't get it... I've been doing rack pulls and some other supplemental exercises lately and I think I'm ready for 550. This is all at 215 lbs.

I've squatted 405x4 the last two times I've squatted but putting more than that on my back is a bit scary tbh. I should be able to get 455x1 pretty easily but you can't just drop it if you fail on a squat.

I ran my first 5K and did not come in last! Woo hoo!

Once you run a 5k you can run any distance you want.  I went from my first 5k to a 10 miler only 6 weeks later.  Not that I would recommend it.  I just started running in Feb. and will run a half marathon in 10 weeks.  I may try for the whole if I'm injury free.  I've done every type of exercising you can imagine and nothing is a tough or rewarding as running.

I'm considering doing a mud run in October. Anyone done those before? I'm a bit anxious about the obstacles. 

 

I might be doing one in about two weeks. I missed early registration so I'm not sure if I'm doing it. If I do, I'll post my experiences.
