Do they really have cross fit plates that are lighter?

Yes sir

The thicker the plate the heavier. I don't do crossfit but realized this when I saw PK Subban doing shoulder press with the bar and 3 plates on each side in a commercial. Knew there was absolutely no way those were 45lbs plates

I suspect those are cross fit plates and only like tens.

The tens will flop when dropped on the floor. but the way they bounce shows they are indeed bumper plates.

they are made of ground tires. I've only seen 10 lbs. and up that size, in the normal increments: 10, 25, 35, 45. They are all the same diameter, but different thickness and density. We had a pair of 10 pound bumper plates in high school - they were bright orange and the same size as the 45 lb. plates.

shut up all of you.

those are eleiko 5k training plates with what looks like 1.5ks on the ends. that's a 15k bar, so roughly 28k. it's not really impressive.

btw here's me easily putting more weight over my head than any of you can deadlift.
