Has anyone ever done the Insanity Max Sports Interval workout? I just realized I had it and have never done it. I'm thinking about doing it tonight. Was curious what to expect. Is it harder than the other Max workouts?

For all my weight struggles my legs are starting to look cut. I'll take it

That's an advantage of starting out bigger... Your legs were pulling all that weight before.

Yeah I guess. My legs have alwas been crazy muscular though. I have John Kasay legs.

You back to pre-vacation form yet?

Kasay definitely did his squats.

I lifted the last three nights. It was tough every night, but I got a chest day, a squat/leg day, and a back day. I'm hoping things get easier next week.

I did an abbreviated chest workout yesterday, and moved a good bit faster than usual between both sets and exercises (had to pick up the rug rat).  I am pretty sore today which is good, and also tells me I need to do that on all my exercises.

i did it once or twice it a long time ago. all i remember is that you do boxing jabs from a non-boxer stance so you go directly into power jumps.... then a bunch of suicide drills for the basketball portion.

 

i want to say it was about an hour

If anyone needs a good chiropractor - I finally found.  I don't really do the silly new age stuff much but a good chiro can make a big difference.  In the Asheboro area, I drove about an hour to make a visit.

 

Huge difference, my lower back is moving again...

My god.  She makes that look easy.  Maybe she is a midget and those are only 15 lbs. plates!
