Huddle Workout Warriors

I'm actually terrified of heights. But I've climbed all over Pilot, Looking Glass, Stone Mountain, Table Rock, and of course where i live now. I used to base jump off drilling rigs until I had an accident.

My mom loves to go rock climbing. And she's 65. After 60 she became this adrenaline junkie

I wonder if we could of got Peppers later in the draft?

I had a really good doctor tell me if it's not that bad ostio biflex is great. He is a surgeon but has completed a couple Ironmans.

Did a workout last night with a lot of jumping. Back when I was doing a ton of Insanity that workout would have been pretty easy for me. But I kept having to pause and my quads were on fire. Can't have that come ski season.

I'm headed to the beach the second week in September. I'm going to try to stick to a diet for a month. I'd love to start running again but my hip is always a little bitch.

I'm going on my 4th week without running due to a hip flexor strain.  It has gotten me really depressed becasue I've tried everything to try and work it out but I nothing works.  I feel your pain hip injury brother.

What's the worst "tear" without being a complete tear. Grade three sprain? Anyway that is what I had in every ligament in my right hip about 12 years ago. Hasn't been the same since.

I really hope I don't have something like that going on.  I think mine is just one muscle and its a grade two.  I did get to walk 4 miles today at a pretty good pace and only had a little bit of pain going on.  I'm hoping to be back running by Sunday but I thought that last week also.  I'm supposed to run a marathon on Nov. 15th and I'm freaking out due to the time I have lost training.

If you can walk it's not. My whole leg basically locked up. About a month before I had some mild straining in the ligaments. Went to a sports medicine "doctor" and he told me just rest for a month. Did so and first soccer game back it was not good. Should have been doing rehab from the initial injury. You may want to look into some stretching/strengthening rehab options if you are doing that marathon

Our scale automatically syncs to it via wi-fi

Returned my Force bc it was recalled and I felt that I had reached a level where I didn't have to track my intake that intently.  I didn't have the scale, though.  Come to think of it, I never received my $125 rebate.

Wife had one too.

You might have thrown it away because the envelope comes from stericycle.

Havent posted in a while but my biceps are really starting to come along and my jump roping has really started to build my calves and thighs.

I went on a 3 mile run last week and I killed it no spoon. I didn't Hurun it fast but I was well paced and I didn't have any cramps. Im a 1 mile runner and go home, that hasn't really happened to me before. So I'm going to start running more during the week.

My deadlift has sort of gone down but not by a lot. I think it's mainly from skipping deads lately but I'm putting up 265 with good form instead of 310 all on my back which is a good thing.

I bought an ab wheel today because I really want some fuggin abs. The jump rope has given a slit hint of ab, but I want the whole 6 pack.

180 landmines and dragon flags make abs.
