Almost 5 hours... might be a huddle record.

Some creeper interrupted my workout yesterday to tell me Smitty is not the greatest Panther of all time. Dude, I'm doing squats right now, jeebus.

I think I'm gonna start leg lifting with weights. I love my muscles and I want more. Nothing crazy, but my legs have seriously never looked better.

I managed to hit the gym pretty hard over the holiday... even worked out in the dark (the power was out) on Thursday while the storm was almost here...

 

Didn't eat the best, but didn't eat horrible either.  I will admit to having some blueberry pie on Friday night, that shiz was good too...

Go for it! I've been doing leg lifts with ankle weights and am seeing nice thigh muscle definition mainly in the back which is where I need it. 

 

I saw a pic of Jessica Simpson and she inspired me. She was pretty big not long ago and her leg muscles are insane, not sure I want that much but still impressive.

After two full months I am down a total of 40lbs. Year to date I'm down 45.

Got at least another 45 to go but I'm happy with my progress so far.

Thanks to everyone in this thread for the support/motivation.

 

 

That's freakin awesome! I know that's not easy. You should be super proud of yourself.

Basically took the past 2 weeks off due to random illness. I think it was allergies or some sort of cold but damn it was annoying. I tried to do some small maintenance workouts. Basically just push ups and pull ups. The one time I really tried to workout I ended up throwing up.

 

Glad to say I'm feeling good now and ready to bust ass.

Got T25 Gamma today. Started with Rip't Up.  Good stuff. 

 

 

and yeah too much beer and wine this weekend and one night I had a smores brownie and some of a cheese dip. I felt sick I guess because I'm not use to that crap. I did better this holiday then I typically do.

I finished Gamma the day before I left for the beach.  It coincided with the holiday perfectly.  I'm starting the set over again with Alpha, and I did the Cardio disc today, and I'll probably add variations to increase the intensity since it is the beginner part.  

 

Good luck with Gamma.  Speed 3.0 is a KILLER.  And I don't know how anyone can get through the pyramid push ups.
