So i'm on a reducing sugar kick. I've been reading about it and trying to reduce my sons sugar intake which is harder than one would think. I watched the documentary last night called Fed Up and I'm going to put more effort into it for myself and my son.

My wife is on that kick. Hard to do. Wait until you also try to eliminate the red and yellow dye. Those two dye's are in er'thang.

I've had to cut out weight training for a while because of inflammation.  I hated it at first, but now I actually feel better than I have in so long.  I'm just focusing on cardio and core.  I might just stick with that indefinitely.  Being jacked up is nice but there comes a point in your life when it's not worth it anymore.

I did nothing but lift weights for about two years and just got sick of it.  Been doing nothing but cardio and core since Feb. 1st and I'm in the best shape of my life. The best part is that I've lost no muscle mass in the process I've only shed fat.

i read a study a few years ago where they split people into groups.  group A lifted weights.  group B meditated on lifting weights.  group C did nothing.

at the end of the experiment, group A had the most gains, group B had some gains, group C had no gains

i wish i could find it again, it was really interesting

Always heard sugar is really bad for you... But it tastes so dammed good.

Think the three lbs is fat or muscle?

I'm not sure. I think I have as much muscle as I did, my stomach is looking more ripped. I always lose in my stomach why not my ass?!!!!!!!

Ask your husband which he would prefer you lose it on...  I think you might find you're good to go.

Speaking of my husband, Holy poo he is getting huge. He takes off his shirt and I'm turn into a babbling fool. I'm tryin to complement him and I'm just speechless. It's fuging awesome

Going on 14 years of marriage and i never expected him to buff up like this.

So while getting in shape for yourself is likely enough motivation, If you're needing a little more don't forget how awesome it is for your significant other.

Maybe so, It's more of a tone thing then size. I think if I lost a small layer of fat i'd have one of those rather muscley bootys which is what I really want.
