Since all my symptoms have been gone for several weeks now, I'm planning on starting back up next Monday. I'll be going light for a few days and building back up as I can tolerate.

When I'm inactive for a while, my upper back starts acting up again. It has driven me bananas the last week or two.

Took a month and a half off because I aggravated on old back injury and my sciatic was giving me fits. Started back up about two weeks ago. It doesn't take long to rebuild definition. But I'm a naturally small guy.

How long does it take to build up more strength in the upper body? I've been doing a lot of exercises for chest and arms/back for months but am still fairly weak in that area.????
