Anybody use the FitnessBuddy app? Great app to log workouts and track progress.

I used it for about two months. Got bored with it. I wasn't looking back at past work outs and it doesn't summarize weeks or months. That would be useful

It wasn't very fast.....but I made it to the finish line. Heading home to open some Hop Drop & Rolls

Edit: and I kept my mustache from Yacht Rock on Friday night to make the photo better

Well after my first month I'm down 20 pounds and enjoying all the quality food I've been eating. Workouts are fun for me now without the knee pain and I'm excited about pushing myself more and dropping more weight.

Thanks for the accountability huddle! I'm trying to do this without broadcasting it to my family and friends and this thread is a good outlet.

Back up to a bloated 158 today.  This is after being down below 153.  Hopefully that addition is muscle and not fat from the booze this weekend.  My weekends are getting better and better, and the few weekends I do splurge, it really isn't by very much.  4 more weeks and final results will be in . . . then I start all over again.
