You runners here blow my mind. The max I could ever run would be 2-3 miles. I'd be totally wiped out and might die if I had to do 10 miles. Is it all in the pace?

Pace has a lot to do with it.  Really its just slowly building up distance training.  Your heart and lungs just become more efficient.  4 months ago I couldn't even run a mile.

Started Gamma T25 a week ahead of schedule.  I have 5 more weeks and then I will be switching it up to Insanity or something.  My diet has been a little out of bounds, but I'm trying to bulk up and I had hit a wall anyway.  Hoping to see some good results over the next 5 weeks.

Haven't read through this in awhile, hope everyone's doing good. Do many of you change up your workouts and diets for the summer?

Just about beach season up north here! The great life of sandwhiches and pasta are coming to an end. Now it's chicken stir fry and cans of tuna for the next couple of months.

Really going to try and keep alot of the muscle I gained over the winter but we'll see. As I do more and more cardio combined with my carb intake being lowered I do lose my muscle and strength even though I continue with my usual workouts. But it's just for a few months, summer here blows.

I did deadlifts last night and when I picked up the first one, I had an instant migraine and felt like puking. It wasn't anything too heavy, just rep weight. I pushed through and finished my workout. It took me about two hours to fall asleep and my head still hurts a little and the base of my skull.

That's not good man.  Maybe you tweaked your spine or something?
