Yesterday I did a good bit of walking. Today I can grab my spleen as if it were a fat roll.

 

I hope it goes away quickly... the anxiety from being able to feel my own spleen is worse than any of the symptoms

Damned kids.

yep. I thought I had dodged it. he was diagnosed a while back. then my youngest son got it. then my wife.

The two kids were over theirs and my wife was getting over hers when my throat started acting up.

I've only had one bad day so far, this past Saturday. But feeling my spleen poking out has made me take that "no physical activity" thing seriously

Yeah reminds me of that video where the guy is doing it strapped to his junk.

 

Ran 3.5 miles today on asphalt in 90 degree heat with hills.  I think I lost 5lbs of sweat.  I may have to learn to start running in the mornings cause that sucked.

Speaking of curls, I've been hitint the preachers bench pretty hard recently. Feels great, but definitely affects my pull ups and rows. Gonna keep it going, but do them on a separate day. Also thinking about jumping on the bench press (something I haven't done in a while due to shoulder issues) for a week or two doing 8 second reps.
